As a frequent traveler, I should mention that this hotel is among the best I have ever encountered.Very tastefully decorated interiors with well-organized areas. You will feel more at home and comfortable thanks to the rooms' appearance. Beyond appearances, this hotel's crew genuinely embodies the loveliest individuals you will ever meet; they will make you feel at home. Indrajeet and Karthikeyan were on hand to give you breakfast and dinner in your accommodation. Satish Kumar and Sharma at the reception made transactions and other requirements easy. Overall Ratings: 10/10 ❤️🙇

Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. By seeing the property I thought it as newly built. But heard that it is a 4yrs old property. Really excellent maintenance. The service is really good. All are polite and fast.

Visit june 2023. Breakfast was nice. Chef was enthusiastic having a smile on his face always. Rooms were good. Housekeeping was great. Parking was available. This hotel is mostly frequented by patients availing treatment at the hospital nearby. There's a mall and few small eating joints within two hundred metres. This is an ideal hotel for overnight halt for those who drive from chennai to munnar.

The room was impressively clean and spacious, offering a peaceful ambiance. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the food did not meet expectations, leaving room for improvement. On the positive side, the bed was amazing, providing a comfortable and restful sleep experience.
